Guestfolk gives a membership club or event company its own website, members’ area and organiser’s dashboard, in the club’s own brand. We set it all up for you: your brand, words and colours, your domain, and your Stripe and Mailchimp accounts.

Not at all. We do the setup, from connecting your domain to putting in your first events and membership tiers. After that, you run things from the dashboard and edit your pages in the content editor.

Yes. We connect your domain during setup.

Through Stripe. Event bookings go through Stripe checkout, and memberships are yearly or quarterly Stripe subscriptions. Members get their discount on events automatically.

No. Their membership card opens from a link on their phone, like a wallet card. A venue scans its QR code to check they’re a member.

Yes. Events can be members-only or invitation-only, and an event that’s full shows as sold out. Guests can add any event to their calendar.

Yes. Corporate memberships come with several cards.

Members earn points at events, for their membership and for introductions, and spend them on events. They can see their points in the members’ area, and you can see them in the dashboard.

You do. Your club owns its Stripe and Mailchimp accounts, and its members’ data. Payments go to your Stripe account, and your mailing list stays in your Mailchimp account.

Guestfolk tags people in Mailchimp by place and by what they like, takes a fresh copy of your list every 3 hours, and has an “Add the missing fields” button for your list. In the dashboard you can group people into segments by place and by what they like.

Yes. Your pages, events, membership tiers, offers and legal pages are all in the content editor (Keystatic).

The people you make admins. Each one is an owner or an admin, and an activity log shows what’s been done.

Yes. The dashboard makes a backup every night, and can save it to your Google Drive too.

Your site asks visitors for consent before any analytics run.

It’s coming soon. It lets your club connect ChatGPT, Claude or any AI assistant that supports MCP to its dashboard. The assistant can read your events, bookings and People, and make drafts of events, plans, emails and social posts.

Any AI assistant that supports MCP, the open standard for connecting AI assistants to other apps. That includes ChatGPT and Claude, and others such as Gemini, Microsoft Copilot and Cursor. An app that can’t use the usual sign-in can connect with an access key instead.

No. It only makes drafts: it never publishes, sends or deletes anything. Contact details stay hidden unless your club switches them on, everything it does is logged, and you can revoke any connection at any time.

£2,500 for setup, then £149 a month for up to 300 members or £249 a month for up to 1,000 members, with a 12-month minimum. Or from £7,500 with all branding and a custom website. All prices are ex VAT.

Yes. Signature includes a logo and a full brand, custom-designed pages, copywriting and help planning your photos, as well as everything in Standard. It starts at £7,500 for setup, then £249 a month, with the AI connector included. All prices are ex VAT.

Your club pays Stripe’s own fees on payments, and for its own Mailchimp plan.
